You can cancel your order by calling the phone number on the confirmation e-mail or by sending an e-mail to info@bramcke.hu.
You can change your personal data as follows:
After logging in, select “My Account”. From the tiles that appear, click on the My account option. Once you click on it, your details will appear, you just need to change them to the correct one. Then scroll down to the “save” button at the bottom and save!
You will receive a confirmation of your order to your registered email address. If your parcel is delivered to the courier service you will be notified by e-mail.

You can register for the Bramcke webshop in a few simple steps. Registration is a prerequisite for placing an order. First select “Register”, then enter your e-mail address and the password you wish to use. In the next step you will need to fill in your billing, shipping and contact details. From here on your registration will be valid.
If you cannot remember your password when you log in, you can reset your password. You can request a new password by clicking on “Forgot your password?” in the “Login” section. Then enter the email address you provided during registration. Our system will send you a password reset link by e-mail. After clicking on the link, enter your new password, confirm it and click on “Change”. From now on you can use the new password to log in.
